Adhesive Film

SM-CS-401
Epoxy Room-Temperature Storable Cryogenic Structural Adhesive Film
Product Description:
A high-toughness epoxy structural adhesive film designed for ultra-low temperature environments (-269℃ to +60℃). Utilizing a pre-formed dry film format, it perfectly solves the engineering pain points of liquid adhesives being prone to flowing, time-consuming, and labor-intensive during large-area applications. It is specifically suited for precision structural bonding scenarios where large-area manual brushing is impossible, provided that 160℃ heat curing is viable. Furthermore, its excellent room-temperature stability significantly reduces the logistics and storage costs associated with specialty adhesives.
Key Features:
Revolutionary Large-Area Application: The pre-formed film design offers ready-to-use application, completely eliminating the risks of liquid sagging and uneven thickness, thereby multiplying assembly efficiency for cryogenic structures where large-area brushing is not feasible.
Excellent Room-Temperature Storage Stability: Demonstrates exceptional storage stability below 40℃, with a pot life of over 3 months at 25℃ room temperature, allowing for long-term stable preservation without strict cold-chain logistics.
Outstanding Cryogenic Toughness & Strength: Once cured, it boasts a high elongation at break of 130%-180%, while maintaining a shear strength of 20 MPa at an extreme -196℃, perfectly absorbing the destructive stresses caused by the massive thermal expansion and contraction of dissimilar materials.
