Epoxy Wide-Temperature-Range

SM-CS-202
Epoxy Wide-Temperature-Range Cryogenic Adhesive
Product Description:
A wide-temperature-range, heat-resistant cryogenic structural adhesive specifically developed to withstande extreme thermal cycling. Through a specially modified heat-resistant epoxy formulation, this product not only operates stably at ultra-low temperatures of -269℃ but also retains over 50% of its room-temperature mechanical strength at 100℃, while sustaining excellent physical stability at 150℃ for an extended period. It is an ideal solution designed for complex components and cross-temperature structural bonding scenarios that must endure the dual challenges of extreme cold and high heat.
Key Features:
Ultra-Wide Temperature Range: Operating seamlessly from -269℃ to +150℃, maintaining exceptional structural stability under severe thermal shock and temperature cycling.
High-Temperature Strength Retention: Specifically reinforced for high-temperature load-bearing requirements, its tensile shear strength remains at 8 MPa under a 100℃ high-temperature condition (retaining over 50% of its room-temperature structural strength), effectively ensuring the physical connection safety of components in hot environments.
Deep-Freeze Anti-Embrittlement Capability: While significantly raising the upper limit of heat resistance, it delivers a high shear strength of 20 MPa at an extreme -196℃, effectively resisting the risk of resin embrittlement and fracture in extreme cold environments.
