A high-performance cryogenic structural adhesive specifically developed to solve the pain point of “delamination and peel failures caused by mismatched thermal expansion coefficients between dissimilar materials under ultra-low temperatures.” Featuring an exceptional elongation at break of 175% and an extended pot life of over 2 hours, it demonstrates outstanding flexibility and peel resistance across a wide temperature range of -269℃ to +60℃. It is the ideal choice for large-area cryogenic bonding and sealing of heterogeneous materials such as composites, metals, and foams.

 Peel Resistance for Dissimilar Materials: Features an ultra-high elongation at break of 175% and a low modulus of 9.5 MPa.

Stable Dual-Temperature Cryogenic Strength: Maintains a robust tensile shear strength of over 18 MPa at both room temperature and extreme deep-freeze conditions of -196℃, ensuring joint integrity during severe thermal cycling.

Extended Window for Complex Operations: Offers a long pot life exceeding 2 hours. Combined with a moderate viscosity of 2000 mPa·s, it easily accommodates the large-area application and prolonged, precise assembly of massive cryogenic components and complex pipelines
