High-Strength Elastic

SM-CS-101
Polyurethane High-Strength Elastic Cryogenic Adhesive
Product Description:
A classic two-component polyurethane cryogenic structural adhesive specifically designed for bonding cryogenic pipelines and insulation layers. It provides excellent structural bonding capabilities and sealing properties across a broad temperature range of -269℃ to 40℃. Characterized by its fast-curing polyurethane system and high strength, it is widely applied in the encapsulation and bonding of ultra-low temperature storage equipment for LNG, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen, as well as rectification columns and Dewar flasks.
Key Features:
Fast-Curing Polyurethane System: Utilizes a classic polyurethane formulation known for rapid curing and high operational efficiency. It cures effectively at room temperature.
Exceptional Cryogenic Shear Strength: Mechanically optimized for ultra-low temperatures. It offers reliable structural strength at room temperature, while its shear strength surges to an impressive 25 MPa at an extreme -196℃, ensuring structural stability during severe thermal cycling.
High-Toughness Elastomeric Protection: The product can also function as an elastic material, with the cured adhesive exhibiting a Shore A hardness of 80-90. This high toughness effectively absorbs destructive stresses caused by thermal expansion and contraction in cryogenic piping systems, providing durable, tear-resistant insulation encapsulation.
