High-Strength Epoxy

SM-CS-201
Epoxy Cryogenic Structural Adhesive
Product Description:
A classic modified epoxy cryogenic structural adhesive specifically developed to solve the engineering pain points of “traditional adhesives becoming brittle under extreme ultra-low temperatures, failing to directly contact cryogenic media, and limited application versatility.” By optimizing the epoxy cross-linked network, the product delivers outstanding physical stability and a high dual-temperature shear strength parameter exceeding 20 MPa within a broad temperature range of -269°C to +60°C, perfectly overcoming the challenge of brittle failure in extreme deep-freeze environments. Offering wide applicability and excellent media compatibility, it can directly contact ultra-low temperature media such as liquid hydrogen and liquid helium, making it widely suitable for high-demand scenarios including cryogenic sealing, structural bonding, and potting encapsulation.
Key Features:
Superior Anti-Brittle Strength: Maintains a shear strength of over 20 MPa at both room temperature and an extreme -196℃, thoroughly solving the brittle failure problem of traditional epoxies in deep-freeze conditions.
Direct Contact with Cryogenic Media: Features excellent chemical stability, allowing direct and safe exposure to extreme cold media like liquid oxygen, hydrogen, helium, and LNG to provide a reliable, long-term sealing barrier.
Versatile Wide-Temperature Application: Operates stably from -269℃ to +60℃. Its moderate viscosity (2000 mPa·s) makes it highly processable, seamlessly handling high-strength bonding, high-pressure vessel sealing, and the precise potting of complex components.
