Product Description:
A two-component polyurethane cryogenic structural adhesive specifically developed to solve the engineering pain points of “balancing high-strength bonding, high-toughness cushioning, and strict cost control.” The product innovatively integrates the excellent flexibility of polyurethane with epoxy-like high adhesion, delivering a structural-grade shear strength approaching 20 MPa at room temperature. Complemented by a long pot life exceeding 60 minutes, this adhesive operates stably across a broad temperature range of -269℃ to +60℃. It serves as an ideal non-contact cryogenic structural bonding solution for applications subject to alternating high and low temperatures, particularly in cost-sensitive scenarios where the adhesive does not come into direct contact with cryogenic media.
