Rome-temp Fast-Curing

SM-CS-103
Polyurethane Rome-temp Removable Fast-Curing High-Strength Cryogenic Adhesive
Product Description:
A two-component, fast-curing polyurethane cryogenic adhesive specifically developed to solve the pain points of “high-strength structural bonding of core load-bearing components and ultra-fast assembly line production in cryogenic environments.” By drastically reducing the pot life and significantly increasing the shear strength parameters at extreme low temperatures, it effectively breaks through the assembly bottlenecks of insufficient strength or excessively long positioning wait times associated with traditional cryogenic adhesives. Within the application temperature range of -269℃ to +60℃, this product is the preferred structural-grade material for achieving efficient workflow and highly reliable bonding of high-pressure LNG containers and key components.
Key Features:
Ultimate Cryogenic Shear Strength: with the tensile shear strength surging to 25 MPa under the extreme cryogenic condition of -196℃, providing exceptionally robust and long-lasting physical connection protection for critical stressed components.
Production-Line Speed Positioning Capability: The pot life is precisely compressed to 20 minutes.
Rigid Yet Flexible High-Support System: The cured adhesive achieves a higher Shore D hardness of 30-40. While retaining the excellent low-temperature deformation-resistant toughness of the polyurethane system, this hardness level imparts stronger mechanical support and impact resistance to the bonding layer, perfectly aligning with structural-grade stress requirements
