Cryogenic Polyurethane Prepolymer

SM-RB-101

Room-temp self-curing anti-tear modified epoxy adhesive

Product Description:

Designed specifically for bonding multi-substrate heterogeneous interfaces—such as metals, composites, and inert industrial rubbers (e.g., NBR, EPDM)—and resisting high-frequency vibration environments. As a flexible modified epoxy adhesive, it overcomes the fatal flaws of extreme embrittlement and poor weatherability found in traditional cyanoacrylates (super glues), providing robust interfacial grip while perfectly absorbing dynamic stress.

Key Features:

Exceptional heterogeneous interfacial adhesion: Targets the bonding barriers between low-surface-energy rubbers and metals/composites. While maintaining a flexible matrix, it provides not only excellent shear strength but also a T-peel strength exceeding 5 N/mm.

Ultimate dynamic shock buffering: Through excellent flexibility and modulus control, the bulk impact strength reaches 29 kJ/m², effectively preventing brittle fracture and delamination of electromechanical components under high-frequency engine tremors.

Efficient room-temperature curing system: Completely eliminates the reliance of traditional structural adhesives on high-temperature baking equipment. Crosslinking is achieved at room temperature
