SM-HT-202 is our highest temperature-resistant one-component, heat-curing structural adhesive, developed specifically for precision structural bonding scenarios with explicit and demanding requirements for strength at 200℃ and above. It provides durable, high-strength bonding and excellent sealing protection for heterogeneous substrates such as aluminum, copper, steel, ceramics, and glass. Featuring outstanding thermal stability and non-sagging properties, it is the premier solution for cutting-edge electromechanical equipment facing ultra-high-temperature challenges.
Key Features:
Extreme High-Temperature Strength: Demonstrates ultimate resistance to thermal degradation, providing a tensile shear strength of over 20 MPa at a room temperature of 23℃. For applications with strict high-temperature requirements, it maintains an ultra-high tensile shear strength of over 20 MPa even under extreme continuous operation at 200℃; in practical extreme conditions, it continues to deliver an exceptional bonding strength of over 20 MPa even at temperatures up to 230℃.
Mild and Low-Barrier Curing Profile: It achieves effective crosslinking and curing at a relatively mild temperature of 130℃ (for 3 hours).
Streamlined One-Component System with Non-Sagging Design: It Utilized a ready-to-use one-component formulation, Additionally, the product features specific viscosity control ranges (100–200 Pa.s or 10–20 Pa.s), making it particularly suitable for applications on vertical surfaces or complex structures where preventing adhesive flow is essential, thereby significantly enhancing application convenience and precision.
